Article To configure WYSIWYG menu bar you need to modify the following file:
system/ext/fckeditor/fckconfig.js

You need to find the following code in this file:

FCKConfig.ToolbarSets["Basic"] = [
['Bold','Italic','-','OrderedList','UnorderedList','-','Link','Unlink','-','About'],
['TextColor','BGColor'],['Paste','PasteText','PasteWord'],
'/',
['Style','FontFormat','FontName','FontSize']
] ;

In this array you can set which menu items will appear in WYSIWYG editor.
